Valencia Basket has reached an agreement with American forward Kameron Taylor (1.98m, Hyattsville, Maryland, October 5, 1994, 31 years old) to extend his contract with the club. Following this renewal, his deal will now run through the end of the 2027–28 season.
In his first season wearing the orange jersey, Taylor proved to be one of the key pieces in helping Valencia Basket's men's team achieve the first domestic double in club history, winning both the 2025–26 Liga Endesa and the Endesa Supercopa. He finished the campaign as the team's second-leading scorer (11.8 points per game) and second-highest rated player (13.3 PIR), playing a total of 76 games—64 of them as a starter—while averaging just over 23 minutes per game in this historic season.
Taylor returned to the EuroLeague last season after a brief previous stint with Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2021–22, establishing himself as one of the competition's top players at his position. In Europe's premier club competition, he averaged 11.8 points, shooting 38.7% from three-point range, along with 4.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists for 13.6 PIR. His Liga Endesa numbers were similarly impressive, averaging 11.7 points on 39.3% three-point shooting, 4.0 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.4 steals per game for 13.0 PIR.
